Overview Principal GTM Partner Specialist – Amazon Connect. Drive go‑to‑market strategy with global system integrators, system integrators, and resellers to grow Connect consumption.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the GTM partner strategy for Amazon Connect’s global system integrator (GSI) partner business.

Own strategic initiatives that contribute to our global partner go‑to‑market plan; measure and report on initiative impact.

Engage strategically with GSIs, system integrators, and resellers to negotiate and execute partnership agreements that drive mutual goals, including revenue targets and joint business plans aligned with Amazon Connect expansion objectives.

Work with GTM specialists, sellers, partner teams, and service team to develop scalable partner sales plays to drive toward growth targets.

Determine and iterate on internal and partner‑led routes to market.

Collaborate with product managers and sales to identify, replicate, and scale successful sales campaigns for new and existing services.

Work closely with solutions architects and partners to understand blockers to growth for the Connect AI‑driven omnichannel solution.

Maintain a reporting cadence to the cross‑functional team to communicate changes, iterate on strategy, and address blockers.

Qualifications

7+ years of go‑to‑market, business development, or consulting experience in contact center as a service (CCaaS) or related technology domains.

7+ years of experience negotiating and executing business agreements with partners, system integrators, and resellers.

Strong business‑value conversations translating technical features into outcomes for line‑of‑business and contact center decision makers.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partner strategy that drives indirect channel growth and direct sales delivery.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
