This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

The team is searching for an experienced CCaaS business development specialist to create scalable GTM strategies with our delivery and technology partners.
Amazon Connect is an AI-powered customer experience solution that puts technology to work to drive customer lifetime value, maximize your outcomes, and delight your customers. The Principal GTM Partner Specialist must be a seasoned CCaaS professional with experience creating and driving differentiated strategies for business growth with third party partners. The ideal candidate will own and develop the partner strategy specific to Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators, and resellers, operating in a cross‑functional team to deliver results globally. This leader will work with partners to develop business models that grow Connect consumption, while collaborating with partner marketing, programs, and incentive teams to create an environment where partners can join and succeed in driving both direct sales delivery and indirect channel growth.
This person must have knowledge of the Connect suite of features and the ability to translate technical features into business value conversations that resonate with line of business and contact center decision makers. Amazon Connect's speed of innovation requires a specialist who can navigate constant change and competing demands while maintaining a strategic focus. As a key team member for Connect, this position offers the ability to develop the future of a service category that drives significant impact on our customers’ business.
Key job responsibilities Develop the GTM partner strategy for Amazon Connect's Global System Integrator (GSI) partner business.
Own strategic initiatives that contribute to our global partner go-to-market plan. Measure and report on how owned initiatives impact the business.
Engage strategically with GSIs, SIs, and resellers to negotiate and execute partnership agreements that drive mutual goals towards growing Connect consumption growth, including establishing clear revenue targets, go-to-market commitments, and joint business plans that align partner incentives with Amazon Connect's expansion objectives.
Work with GTM specialists, sellers, partner teams, and service team to develop scalable partner sales plays to drive toward growth targets.
Determine and iterate on internal and partner‑led routes to market.
Work closely with the service team to influence roadmap priorities and help bring new AI features to market.
Collaborate with product managers and sales to identify, replicate, and scale successful sales campaigns for new and existing services.
Work closely with sellers, solutions architects, and partners to understand blockers to growth for the Connect AI-driven omnichannel solution.
Maintain a reporting cadence to the cross‑functional team to escape issues, address blockers, communicate changes, and iterate on strategy.

Basic Qualifications 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
7+ years of working with Business Application Technologies, including, but not limited to End User Compute (EUC), Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services experience
7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
7+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
