Base pay range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Partnership: Act as a strategic financial advisor to sales teams and leadership, driving margin improvement and profitability initiatives
P&L Ownership & Analysis: Manage customer-level P&Ls, perform gross-to-net and cost-to-serve analysis, and explain variances versus plan, forecast, and prior year
Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate reporting on sales, trade spend, and volume; Contribute to monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans
Insights & Business Planning: Provide forward-looking financial commentary, support trade spend ROI analysis, and participate in customer business reviews with actionable recommendations
Collaboration & Special Projects:
Develop dashboards, assist with budgeting, lead ad-hoc analyses, and serve as liaison to FP&A during month-end close while training sales partners on financial best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of experience
Advanced MS Office skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
