Base pay range $163,000.00/yr - $163,000.00/yr

Responsibilities Kforce's client, a dynamic organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Systems Manager to join its FP&A team. This newly created, visible role will drive budget and forecast consolidations, monthly company reporting, and administration of financial planning and data warehouse tools. The ideal candidate will develop robust reporting and analytics to support business growth. The position will be in the Boston, MA region and with hybrid or remote flexibility.

Manage budget and forecast consolidations

Oversee monthly company reporting

Administer financial planning and data warehouse tools

Develop and enhance internal reporting packages

Partner across functions to improve processes

Requirements

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience

Admin experience with Adaptive Planning – required

Experience building and managing financial dashboards and reporting – required

Experience with AI for reporting/reconciliations

Strong knowledge of financial statements and US GAAP

Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel/VBA, PowerPoint, Power BI) – required

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

SQL/Python and biotech experience a plus
