Our client is a fast-growing tech and automation firm helping modern businesses streamline operations and drive revenue through AI-powered systems. Their solutions save companies hours each week, turning complexity into clarity so teams can focus on growth and innovation.

They're now expanding their outbound sales division and looking for a driven, creative professional to build and manage high-performing lead generation systems using the latest automation and AI tools.

This is a rare chance to get in early with a fast-moving tech company and work directly with leadership across sales, strategy, automation, and delivery. It's not your typical lead generation role. You'll be building scalable systems, testing new tools, and optimizing outbound frameworks that define how AI-powered agencies grow. For the right candidate, this role can quickly evolve into a senior growth or operations position.

As an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you'll design and run AI-driven outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads for client accounts. You'll manage campaigns from end to end using automation tools, personalized messaging, and data-backed strategies to improve performance and conversion.

Key responsibilities include

Plan and execute complete outbound lead generation campaigns for multiple clients using automation and engagement platforms

Write personalized, AI-enhanced outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers and build relationships

Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects across different industries and segments

Maintain and clean lead databases for accuracy, segmentation, and performance tracking

Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to increase engagement and conversions

Monitor results, analyze metrics, and continuously refine strategy to improve outcomes

Collaborate with clients to understand their audience, value proposition, and goals

Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and AI-driven marketing

Required tools include

Clay or Apollo for list building, enrichment, and personalization

Instantly or Smartlead for outreach automation and sequencing

LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and lead qualification

Google Sheets or Excel for lead tracking and reporting

ChatGPT or Claude for message generation, personalization, and research

Nice-to-have tools include

Hunter, Snov.io, Wiza, Prospeo, Apify for enrichment and data sourcing

Zapier or n8n for automation and workflow integration

Looker Studio or Airtable for visualization and reporting

Zapmail or Smartwriter for AI-driven cold email customization

Ideal tech stack exposure includes

CRM : HubSpot, Close, or Pipedrive

Marketing Automation : Lemlist, Outreach, or Instantly

Data Management : Google Sheets with connected APIs

AI Tools : ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Jasper

Integrations : Zapier, Make.com, or custom webhooks for automation

What you bring includes

Minimum of 2 years in outbound sales, business development, or marketing with proven lead generation results

Experience with sales automation, data enrichment, and cold outreach strategies

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Analytical and detail-oriented approach to managing campaigns

Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and teams
