Senior FP&A Analyst Santa Fe Springs, CA (Onsite) — Full-Time | Professional Level —

$125,000 – $145,000 (DOE)

This role will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, optimizing operations, and delivering forward‑looking insights that support sustainable, long‑term growth. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, the Senior FP&A Analyst will ensure financial decision‑making aligns with the organization’s high‑performance standards and global vision.

This position is office‑based in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles in partnership with key business stakeholders

Prepare and present financial forecasts, schedules, and variance analyses to senior leadership

Develop and deliver monthly KPI dashboards and performance reports, translating data into actionable insights

Partner closely with Sales and Operations to support pricing strategies, margin improvement, and inventory optimization

Perform scenario planning and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions

Support board‑level and investor reporting, leveraging tools such as Power BI and D365 Finance & Operations

Drive process, reporting, and system improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Collaborate with global finance teams to align reporting standards and ensure compliance

Qualifications & Experience

7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience; background in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or luxury environments strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Advanced expertise in financial modeling and Excel, including dynamic forecasting and scenario analysis

Proven experience presenting financial insights to C-level executives and board members

Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization tools

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable ERP systems

Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
