We have an immediate need for a PRN PreOp/PACU RN.

Job Summary The RN PreOp/PACU provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies.
The RN PreOp/PACU delivers safe, effective, and family‑centered care in perioperative services for all patient populations, supporting the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
Current Texas Nursing License
Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Minimum 2‑year experience in a hospital setting
Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the public
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity, and innovation
Ability to adapt to change quickly; strong knowledge base in surgery procedures and management of surgical patients
Understanding of aseptic technique principles and their implementation
Ability to care for patients ranging from infancy to geriatrics
Excellent teaching skills
Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
Preferred Experience
Experience working in an ASC is a plus
Must be team‑oriented and patient‑focused
