Due to growth and demand, we are hiring for a Tax Manager. This role is intended to take a Partner track.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and review of individual and business tax filings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.

Develop strategic tax planning solutions, advise clients on tax matters, and stay current with relevant laws to identify opportunities for savings.

Manage and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related

5 to 7+ years of professional experience

Active CPA

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills
