About the Role We're hiring
3 Senior Full‑stack Engineers
who are energized by fast iteration, real ownership, and direct customer impact. You’ll work closely with the founders to:
Architect and ship large-scale systems with autonomy
Define and shape the roadmap
Own projects end-to-end across the full stack—with a focus on backend & infrastructure
Engage directly with users to understand pain points and rapidly iterate
If you've built something people use, love working in ambiguity, and have a high bar for quality, you’ll fit right in.
Ideal Candidate Traits
4–7 years of full‑stack engineering experience in high-performing environments (bonus: founder or early engineer experience)
Strong backend experience: Python, Flask, Celery, GCP, Kubernetes
Confident on the frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
You’ve scaled systems for large user bases
Bonus points if you've worked with LLMs or built LLM‑powered products
Fast-paced, adaptable, and energized by difficult problems
No passengers—only builders
Not a fit if you're purely a manager, deeply embedded in big tech inertia, or bring low energy to high-stakes work.
Compensation & Details
Salary: $150k – $250k (stretch for the right person)
Equity: Competitive
Location: In‑person daily in
San Francisco , relocation offered
