About the role
The Program Coordinator is responsible for both facilitating direct service programs for clients and supporting the administrative and operational functions of the Program Team. This includes leading individual or small group sessions or life skills workshops, maintaining program documentation, tracking outcomes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
What you'll do
Program Facilitation
Lead or co-facilitate in-person and/or virtual programs such as life skills, community integration, health and wellness, or vocational readiness
Support client engagement and participation through inclusive, person-centered approaches
Gather feedback from participants and staff to inform program improvements
Assist in adapting programming based on client needs and developmental goals
Program Coordination & Administration
Support in the development, organization and implementation of activities and trainings in partnership with HR Support enrollment, intake, and onboarding processes for new clients or programs Maintain attendance logs, progress notes, and program calendars Ensure materials and resources are prepared for each session Compliance & Documentation
Track required documentation, including client files for program enrollment, and incident reports if necessary Ensure timely and accurate data entry into internal systems Support the Director of Programs with data entry and reporting for programs Communication & Team Support Act as a liaison between program participants, DSP staff, and leadership regarding programming Help draft reports, internal communications, and program summaries Support interdepartmental coordination for special events or cross-program initiatives Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in a direct service or program support role; experience with adults with developmental disabilities strongly preferred Strong group facilitation and interpersonal communication skills Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to anticipate client and staffing needs to ensure seamless program operations Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with case management systems is a plus Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
