Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Patient Navigator
Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601
Duration: 5+ months of contract
Schedule: 3 days per week, 20 hours per week Shift: Monday & Wednesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Tuesday or Thursday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM On-Call Required: No
Pay Range: $60 - $63 (Local and Travel contracts available)
Required Skills & Experience: · Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a related field (Surgery/Oncology) · Strong understanding of surgical workflows and medical terminology · Experience helping patients and families with care navigation · Gastroenterology/Colorectal experience required · Surgical experience preferred · EPIC knowledge · Experience triaging and answering clinical calls · Good computer skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational skills · Strong critical thinking skills
