$125,000-$175,000 base + bonus

Senior FP&A Analyst Key Responsibilities: • Own, design, and continuously enhance advanced Power BI dashboards and financial data models • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in partnership with leadership • Analyze revenue, margins, and KPIs, delivering clear insights and recommendations • Automate and streamline financial and management reporting • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and business leaders • Present financial insights to senior leadership with strong data storytelling
