FP&A Analyst
We're looking for an experienced
FP&A Analyst
to step in and support our Finance team during an important growth phase. This interim role reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A and works closely with a collaborative, six-person team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable jumping into a fast-moving environment with minimal ramp-up time. What You'll Be Doing as the FP&A Analyst : Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support planning and strategic decisions
Analyze financial data and prepare reports that provide clear, actionable insights
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as business needs arise
What We're Looking For in the FP&A Analyst: Proven FP&A experience with strong financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, complex formulas)
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and add value immediately
Experience with Endur is a plus, but not required
Strong analytical thinking, organization, and communication skills
