About the Role We’re seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to provide interim support to our Finance team during a key growth period. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of FP&A, this role will partner closely with a collaborative team of six. We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-focused, and able to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models that drive planning and strategic decision‑making.
Analyze data and create reporting that delivers actionable insights into financial results.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Solid FP&A experience with strong financial modeling capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Index‑Match, complex formulas).
Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and contribute immediately.
Experience with Endur is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
