to support core HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership. Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist: Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager HR questions and support
Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes
Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Assist with performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and training efforts
Partner with leadership on employee relations matters and culture-building initiatives
Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist: 2-4 years of HR or related professional experience
Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
