2 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Stefanini Group is looking for an ITAM / HAM Jr Consultant to complement the technical capabilities of our IT Asset Management Practice (ITAM) within the Infrastructure Services Division. In this role, you will serve as the product owner delegate for the ITAM – Hardware Asset Management category. Key Responsibilities Asset Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets within ServiceNow HAM module and other AMDB/CMDB tools (from procurement, deployment, maintenance to retirement, including leased assets). Analyze client contracts, purchase agreements and other data to manage hardware assets effectively. Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents in required forms and consistent with project objectives and deadlines. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of assets in alignment with organizational policies. Process Design & Optimization Lead/execute process implementation projects for new clients. Develop and document HAM processes, workflows, and governance models. Create process diagrams and documentation using Microsoft Visio. Optimize Hardware Asset Management processes to ensure efficiency of operations. Platform Expertise Provide guidance and leverage best practices for asset data integration across systems for consistency and compliance. Data Analysis & Reporting Perform data audits and reconciliation to maintain asset accuracy. Generate reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced proficiency required). Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with IT, procurement, and finance teams to align asset management strategies. Provide training and guidance on HAM processes and tools. Audit Support Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts. Business Development Actively participate in business development initiatives by analyzing scope and participating in solution development from an SME perspective. Job Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in hardware asset lifecycle management. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and other tools to create reports and dashboards. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HAM and other CMDB/AMDB platforms. Proven ability to create and optimize Asset Management processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations. English proficiency, both writing and speaking. Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams. Experience in large‑scale IT environments. Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytical thinking skills. An industry certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) is considered an advantage. Understanding of discovery and endpoint management tools such as Intune/WS1/Kandji/SCCM is considered an advantage.
