Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join a finance firm in West Los Angeles. In this role, you will provide high-level support to the company founder by managing a combination of business and personal tasks. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values confidentiality and professionalism, with a hybrid schedule including both onsite and remote work. Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee the founder's daily schedule, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Arrange complex travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Execute personal errands and tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and manage expense reports while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a liaison for the founder, handling communications and interactions with stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and correspondence.
- Support the founder in navigating a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Utilize Outlook and other office tools to streamline scheduling and organizational processes.
- Coordinate both business and personal events as required.
- Adapt to different personality types and work styles while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software.
- Ability to manage schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.
