Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence for executive leaders.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
- Support workflow automation initiatives and contribute to cross-functional process improvements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to facilitate communication and project coordination.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
- Proven experience in executive support, administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
