Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Chesterfield, Missouri. This role is crucial in supporting leadership with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. - Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate business licensing processes in collaboration with the legal department.
- Oversee record retention efforts and manage the Iron Mountain account.
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management, vendor enrollment, purchase orders, and meal ordering.
- Prepare expense reports, track invoices, and resolve issues related to financial systems.
- Plan and organize meetings, working closely with corporate resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct routine analysis to compile data for reports and projects as requested.
- Create and edit correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports with attention to detail.
- Handle confidential requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate communication and timely responses.
- Develop and streamline tracking systems to improve workflow and manage ad hoc tasks efficiently. Requirements - Proven experience in managing complex calendars and scheduling.
