- Perform thorough account reconciliations to ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
- Oversee journal entries and ensure they are properly recorded in the general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements for audits and tax filing purposes.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve financial reporting accuracy.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions. Requirements - Proven experience in accounting management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and general ledger management.
- Expertise in preparing and auditing financial statements.
