Full Time, 40/week, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
About the Role Join our outpatient clinical team and provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll deliver diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention tailored to each client’s strengths, needs, and cultural background.
Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals. Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and community partners.
Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Washington State independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Minimum 2 years experience working with adults and children with serious and persistent mental illness Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment. Knowledge of DSM diagnoses, evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented care.
Additional Requirements Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test Proof of required vaccinations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu)
