This is a
full-time, onsite role
providing hands-on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide hands-on treatment with clear, functional goals Educate patients on recovery, pain management, and home exercise programs Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and determine appropriate discharge timing Supervise aides and support efficient clinic flow Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to clinical protocols, research initiatives, and continuous improvement Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Qualifications Active Indiana Physical Therapy License
(or eligibility for licensure) or compact license. Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy Strong commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes Desire to continue learning and growing clinically Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace
