Description: Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center seeks a
Patient Services Representative
to support hospital billing and collections. Responsibilities include reviewing A/R aging reports, contacting insurance carriers, resolving claim issues, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • 1–3 years experience in hospital A/R, medical collections, or healthcare billing • Knowledge of CPT/ICD codes, DRG reimbursement, and payer guidelines (Medicare, Medi-Cal, commercial) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital billing systems
