Overview We are seeking a

Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon

to join a growing healthcare organization with a strong focus on post-bariatric body contouring and aesthetic care. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive surgical and non-surgical treatments while contributing to the continued development and innovation of an established plastic surgery service line. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and interested in combining clinical excellence with service-line growth in a multidisciplinary environment. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range:

plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures , with an emphasis on post-bariatric body contouring Provide both

reconstructive and cosmetic procedures , including aesthetic treatments based on expertise (injectables, laser treatments, facial plastics) Conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and post-operative follow-up care Collaborate closely with a

multidisciplinary bariatric care team

on pre- and post-surgical planning Participate in case reviews, care coordination, and clinical discussions Educate patients on procedures, recovery expectations, risks, and outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Contribute to the

growth and development of the plastic surgery service line , including patient education and brand-building initiatives Deliver a consistently high-quality patient experience focused on safety, empathy, and outcomes Qualifications Education & Certification MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-certified or board-eligible in

Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Active or eligible medical license in New York Fellowship training in aesthetic or body-contouring surgery preferred (not required) Experience 1–2+ years of post-residency experience preferred Strong experience with

massive weight-loss body contouring

highly preferred Skills & Attributes Excellent surgical judgment and technical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Expertise in patient aftercare and wound management Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a surgical service line High attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
