Primary duties of the Utility Cleaner include:
• Perform all aspects of cleaning for commercial offices, distribution centers and/or residential buildings that include lobbies, hallways, common areas, restrooms etc.
• Facility cleaning such as : mopping/sweeping/dusting, floors, trash removal, surface cleaning, and disinfecting.
Requirements of the Utility Cleaner include:
• May be required to lift items up to 25 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, standing, stooping, etc for the entire shift.
• Will walk up and down stairs daily as needed.
Hours: 2nd Shift: 1pm - 9pm
Pay rate: $14/hr
