Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager will have a high-visibility role working closely with executive leadership on financial strategy and operations

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets
• As an Accounting Manager, you'll manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• The Accounting Manager will drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Partner with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives
• The Accounting Manager will also lead special projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting best practices
• Advanced Excel skills; The ideal Accounting Manager will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building cross-functional relationships
