We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team on the 1st shift. This role involves operating as a Dock Operator with responsibilities that include unloading and loading trailers, ensuring accurate paperwork completion, and adhering to inspection processes to maintain product quality.
Responsibilities
- Unload and load trailers efficiently.
- Accurately fill out and manage all necessary paperwork.
- Follow the inspection process to ensure product quality.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Record parcel deliveries and deliver them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with receiving responsibilities as needed.
- Supply raw materials to departments, such as paper to presses.
- Maintain general housekeeping practices throughout the warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure the physical condition of all equipment is maintained.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, assisting other operators as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Work overtime as needed, including weekends, and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving.
- Proficiency in order selection and order picking.
- Experience operating a cherry picker and forklift.
- Ability to handle material and operate equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders.
- Ability to lift at least 70 lbs. frequently and push/pull 82 lbs. of force.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Experience with packaging, shipping labels, inventory control, and using a stand-up forklift.
- Understanding of Bills of Lading.

Work Environment
The facility is a typical warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled, with potential exposure to extreme temperatures. It includes racking up to 30 feet high, multiple loading docks, and various packing and processing stations. The dress code is professional with steel-toed shoes required, and the team size varies by shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
