Are you a Recruiting Coordinator? Do you have law firm experience? Would you like to work with a highly regarded mid-sized law firm in DC? If so, R & W Group has a great new opportunity! One of our favorite law firm clients is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with 5+ years of law firm recruiting experience to continue to build its strong recruitment program.

All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.

You must have a strong understanding of attorney, law clerk, and law student hiring processes and programs. xrczosw

You must also have strong written and oral communication skills, strong analytical abilities, the ability to work well on a team, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

You must be proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS databases ( e.g.

, ADP, viRecruit; Flo Recruit, Symplicity, etc.).
