Amazon eCommerce Specialist

Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time (9 AM 6 PM PST)

About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Amazon eCommerce Specialist who can manage and manipulate data efficiently while driving performance through keyword optimization, reporting insights, and product launch execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and well-versed in Helium 10, Amazon flat files, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Helium 10 Expertise

  • Use Helium 10 for keyword research, listing optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated on new Helium 10 features to maximize listing performance.

Amazon Flat File Management

  • Create and update listings using Amazon flat files.
  • Manage and manipulate data outside of Seller Central to streamline operations.

Keyword Indexing, Ranking, and Monitoring

  • Develop and implement keyword indexing and ranking strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize keyword usage for better visibility.

Product Launch Execution

  • Plan and execute successful product launches on Amazon.
  • Monitor launch results and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Replenishment Inventory Management

  • Oversee Amazon replenishment inventory, including creating shipments and managing stock levels.

Continuous Learning & Adaptability

  • Stay current with new eCommerce tools, trends, and Amazon policies.

Amazon Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Analyze Amazon reports using advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decisions.

Appeal Writing

  • Write effective appeals to resolve Amazon account or listing issues.
