Job Description
As a key member of our operations team, you are responsible for ensuring accurate data management, smooth logistical coordination, and excellent customer service. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Logging information accurately into a centralized database to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Creating and printing various data documents including reports, manifests, and other essential paperwork required for daily operations.
- Recording the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining precise documentation for compliance and billing purposes.
- Calculating costs for drivers based on vehicle weight, using established formulas and rate structures to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment, adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a productive workspace.
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience through professional communication and helpful support.
Qualifications
To join our team:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful
- Experience working as a scale operator or processing weight readings is an asset
- Ability to work in a team.
- This is a 100% onsite work environment, the schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm
