Executive Assistant (C‑Suite) – Investco We are seeking a highly capable and forward‑thinking Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a group of privately held companies spanning real estate, development, finance, and affiliated ventures. This role is for someone who thrives on staying one step ahead, brings strong business judgment, and can move seamlessly between strategy and detail. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting a leader whose work touches many areas of the business. This is a trusted partnership role designed to create clarity, connection, and follow‑through across multiple priorities and relationships. Executive Support Manage a dynamic and constantly evolving calendar, ensuring priorities and time align with key initiatives. Anticipate needs, prepare materials in advance, and ensure the Founder is well‑informed and equipped for each engagement. Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal/external partners with professionalism and discretion. Track meetings, follow‑ups, and commitments across multiple companies to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate travel logistics and handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Travel as needed to support meetings, events, or on‑site activities across the company’s various business locations. Maintain visibility into key business activities and upcoming decisions to help ensure alignment and progress. Work independently with minimal supervision to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and summaries as needed. Create and maintain reports to support the Founder’s business objectives. Support special projects and initiatives that require coordination across multiple companies or teams. Provide comprehensive support on additional tasks as directed by the Founder. Strategic Partnership Understand business priorities and identify where attention or follow‑up is needed. Organize and filter information to support effective decision‑making. Build strong working relationships with executives and teams across all companies to help facilitate communication and accountability. Anticipate challenges and bring forward thoughtful solutions. Qualifications 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including direct support to a Founder, CEO, or C‑Suite leader. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Experience working across multiple businesses or complex organizations. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to represent the Founder professionally. Proven ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and trust. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and collaboration tools. Ability and willingness to travel on a variable basis depending on business needs. In addition to a variety of excellent benefits, the salary range for this role is $95,000 – $115,000 annually . Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
