Senior Business Analyst – Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
for a
Contract to Hire
position.

Business analysis experience with eCommerce, Salesforce (SFDC), and Zuora
Responsibilities
Manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
Collect, study, and interpret complex data to support decision making.
Communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a process analyst role with substantial experience in Enterprise Applications (eCommerce, Salesforce, ERP, Zuora, etc.).
Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, SaaS/Cloud applications, and enthusiasm to learn new technologies.
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
Good understanding of business processes including CPQ, eCommerce, Contract, Subscription, ERP, Entitlement, and Fulfilments systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Google Workplace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar), Microsoft Office Suite, SFDC CPQ, Contracts, and CRM modules.
