The RF / microwave engineer will support the manufacturing of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high reliability applications. The engineer will be responsible for analysis and troubleshooting of circuits for advanced electronic modules, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits. The engineer will also provide second‑shift technical support to our manufacturing operation to resolve assembly and test issues. Collaboration with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel is a key part of the role. Basic Qualifications

3+ years of related experience and may have a post‑secondary degree or training in RF / Microwave engineering. Experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits. Knowledge of RF / microwave test equipment is required, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers. Expertise with reviewing and interpreting technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams, and test data is required. Candidate must have an interim secret security clearance before starting the position, therefore you must be a US Citizen. Desired Skills

Professional experience in the aerospace/defense industry. Professional experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated academic achievement in the field of RF. Familiarity with RF / microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools. Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and team‑based environment. Security Clearance

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position is $101,000 – $178,135 (adjusted by location). This position is incentive plan eligible.
