Role : SAP Payroll Functional Consultant (USA Payroll Experience) Location: The Woodlands, TX (Remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Experience: 12+ Years

Required Skills

12+ Years of strong experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.

Deep expertise in US Payroll configuration, schema modifications, PCR creation, off-cycle payroll, and year-end processing.

Solid understanding of BSI Tax Factory and US tax compliance.

Experience with Payroll Posting to FI, wage type mapping, and GL integration.

Strong knowledge of Time Management, Benefits, and PA/OM.

Experience working with production support and enhancement projects.

Ability to write functional/technical specifications.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll is a plus.
