Role : SAP Payroll Functional Consultant (USA Payroll Experience)
Location: The Woodlands, TX (Remote)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Experience: 12+ Years
Required Skills
- 12+ Years of strong experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.
- Deep expertise in US Payroll configuration, schema modifications, PCR creation, off-cycle payroll, and year-end processing.
- Solid understanding of BSI Tax Factory and US tax compliance.
- Experience with Payroll Posting to FI, wage type mapping, and GL integration.
- Strong knowledge of Time Management, Benefits, and PA/OM.
- Experience working with production support and enhancement projects.
- Ability to write functional/technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll is a plus.
