Duties
Handle corporate transactions for health care entities.
Advise on regulatory compliance and legal matters.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional matters.
In-depth knowledge of fraud and abuse, Stark, and Medicare reimbursement.
Understanding of hospital-physician and provider-payor relationships.
Licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Bar admission in Washington, D.C.
Skills
Strong writing and communication skills.
