Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair medical imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers and field teams.

Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot system errors and implement corrective actions promptly.

Manage service documentation, including work orders, service logs, and reports.

Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal departments for issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service.

Support inventory management, parts ordering, and equipment lifecycle tracking.

Participate in training sessions to stay current with new technologies and procedures.

Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, service contracts, and system sales.

Assist with installations, site evaluations, and workflow planning as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude.

Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, or field service work.

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with documentation tools and software.

Ability to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours when needed.

Preferred:

Experience in medical imaging (CT, MRI, X‑ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.).

Background in healthcare technology, field service engineering, or equipment installation.

Knowledge of regulatory standards such as OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA.

Bilingual proficiency (English + Spanish) is a strong advantage.
