Dental Assistant Position

LaSante Health Center is seeking an evening Dental Assistant to support dentists across all modalities of dentistry while maintaining high standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with other team members of the health center. Responsibilities include assisting with dental treatments as directed, preparing exam rooms and instruments, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining organized treatment areas and managing patient flow, instructing patients in oral hygiene practices, utilizing EMR proficiently, projecting professionalism in person and on the phone, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills, and efficiently multitasking and anticipating others' needs. Qualifications include dental assistant experience, the ability to maintain cleanliness, and strong interpersonal skills.
