Leverage data to solve complex business challenges and provide actionable insights for various departments, including finance, sales, business units, human resources, and legal. Design, develop, and implement data‑driven solutions that enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and optimize processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders across finance, sales, business units, HR, and legal to understand their needs and translate them into data science projects and solutions. Design, develop, and implement predictive models, machine learning models, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques to address business challenges. Analyze large and complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to extract valuable and actionable insights. Build and deploy data visualization dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders across different levels. Research and explore new data science techniques, including generative AI and large language models, to enhance business processes and decision‑making. Contribute to data governance and infrastructure by maintaining and improving data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and integrity. May telecommute part‑time.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Scientist‑related occupation.

Position Requirements

Statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques;

Python and R programming languages, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch;

Working with large datasets and cloud platforms, including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure;

Data visualization tools and techniques;

Extracting data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques;

Working with SQL databases and data manipulation tools and combining data sets across business functions to achieve desired project objectives.
