SAP WM & MM Consultant
Location Onsite 60% in Ohio and Indiana
Duration 12 months
Rate & Alignment Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed (W2, vendors not permitted)
Responsibilities
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
Work closely with business users to resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure stable and efficient system performance.
Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests in SAP MM and WM modules.
Act as the primary point of contact for business users for daily system support and MM/WM process-related issues.
Monitor system performance proactively and take corrective actions when required.
Identify and implement improvements to MM/WM processes, configurations, and reports.
Analyze, test, and deploy system changes following change management procedures.
Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, support processes, and issue resolutions.
Share knowledge with team members and provide user or team training when needed.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure timely ticket resolution.
Support integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long‑term solutions.
Requirements
Hands‑on experience in SAP MM and WM support.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM and WM configuration and business processes.
Experience working in SAP support environments (incident, problem, and change management).
Good understanding of integration with SAP SD, PP, and FI/CO modules.
SAP MM and/or WM certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree.
