Position Litigation Attorney Salary $150,000 - $175,000/year + Bonus

Location Denver, CO - 100% REMOTE

Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Attorney to join a well-established and growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation and transactional work. The Attorney will work closely with other senior attorneys and partners, providing support on a range of legal matters.

Responsibilities

Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills.

Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.

Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments on their behalf.

Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their legal matters.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the state bar of Colorado.

5+ years of litigation experience (defense).

Experience in construction law or business-related matters is preferred but not required.

Experience working with insurance clients is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
