** Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time, In-Office)**
**Location:** Washington, DC **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. **Compensation:** $75,000–$90,000 annually + benefits

A boutique Washington, DC litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy team handling complex white‑collar and regulatory matters, as well as high‑profile litigation involving emerging industries such as gaming, technology, and fintech.

**About the Role**
The Litigation Paralegal will be deeply involved in all stages of litigation and must be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate brings seasoned experience in case management, trial support, and sophisticated litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft, proofread, and finalize pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, and pre‑trial materials
Oversee document organization, e‑discovery workflows, and case file maintenance
Assist attorneys during depositions, hearings, and trials, including handling exhibits and logistics
Conduct legal and factual research using standard research tools
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision
Mentor and oversee a junior paralegal, delegating and reviewing tasks as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in complex or specialized litigation
Demonstrated experience supporting trial preparation, arbitration, and high‑volume case activity
Strong command of federal and state court rules, e‑filing procedures, and litigation timelines
Proficiency with Westlaw, PACER, e‑discovery tools, and document management systems
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow‑through
Performance Expectations

Manage case tasks efficiently and proactively
Support favorable case outcomes through preparation and organization
Work independently with minimal oversight
