Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation:
$90,000–$120,000 annually + paid overtime
About the Opportunity A highly respected East Coast boutique litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated, fast‑paced practice. The firm is a national leader in gaming law, handling approximately 70% gaming‑related litigation and 30% white‑collar matters, and is consistently at the forefront of this evolving area of law.

First 90 days:
Fully in‑office for training
After ramp‑up:
Hybrid schedule (1–2 days remote / 3–4 days in‑office)
About the Role The Litigation Paralegal will be deeply involved in all stages of complex litigation and must be comfortable working independently. This role is best suited for a seasoned paralegal with strong drafting skills and experience in sophisticated litigation matters at a medium to large law firm.
Candidates must have experience drafting pleadings from scratch (not template‑based or personal injury work).
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation
Draft, proofread, and finalize pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, and pretrial materials
Oversee document organization, e‑discovery workflows, and case file maintenance
Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, and trials, including exhibits and logistics
Conduct legal and factual research using standard litigation tools
Communicate professionally with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
Maintain strict deadlines and compliance with federal and state court rules
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
in complex or specialized litigation
Experience must be from a
medium to large law firm
Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings without templates
Strong command of federal and state court procedures, e‑filing, and litigation timelines
Proficiency with Westlaw, PACER, e‑discovery platforms, and document management systems
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Education Requirements
AA in Paralegal Studies or Criminal Justice accepted
No degree required if experience is a strong match
