Day-to-Day

Draft declaratory judgment complaints and oppositions to motions in federal and state courts.
Conduct depositions of carriers, adjusters, and experts on policy language and claim handling.
Negotiate settlements and mediate inter‑insurer disputes for optimal policyholder recoveries.
Prepare appellate briefs and oral arguments on contract interpretation and federal insurance questions.
