TALENT Software Services Pay Range
This range is provided by TALENT Software Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base Pay Range $55.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Duties
Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in a Breast Center environment.
Conduct 3-D and digital mammography procedures.
Participate in stereotactic biopsies and needle localizations as needed.
Ensure quality assurance and quality control on a weekly basis.
Maintain accurate documentation of mammography procedures and training.
Participate in a call rotation, including every other Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00.
Skills
Proficiency in 3-D and digital mammography.
Experience with diagnostic and screening mammograms.
Familiarity with PACS and Hologic systems.
Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Strong interdisciplinary support skills.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
Experience in community hospitals preferred.
Certifications required: BLS, ARRT, CRT, and state license.
Completion of 40 hours of initial mammography training and 25 supervised studies.
Documentation of 200 mammograms in the last 24 months.
15 CEUs in mammography in the last 36 months.
8 hours of digital and 8 hours of 3D mammography training.
