Administrative Assistant
Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an administrative assistant to provide high-level support to the technology team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility as needed. This position is hybrid, with four days in the office in Manhattan and one remote day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to 5-7 department heads
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls across time zones
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel and prepare itineraries
- Process expense reports accurately and in compliance with firm policies
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist with projects and ad hoc tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and coverage
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of administrative experience, ideally within finance or professional services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to handle confidential information
- Up to $120K base salary + bonus
