Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven professional with strong technical and communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on both

application development

and

production support , collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using

Python ,

Shell scripting , and

Oracle SQL/PLSQL .

Provide

production support , ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.

Work closely with

Business teams

to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with

onshore and offshore teams , providing clear communication and leadership to ensure project success.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Technical Skills Required

Strong proficiency in

Python

and

Shell scripting .

Expertise in

Oracle SQL

and

PL/SQL

development.

Solid understanding of database concepts and performance tuning.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills

Self-driven

with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Excellent

communication skills

for effective interaction with business and technical teams.

Strong

team player

with leadership capabilities to guide onshore and offshore teams.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80420 - $106050/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
