Area Director of Sales – Senior Living
to lead sales strategy, performance, and team development across our Nevada senior living communities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience + performance-based commission and bonus structure.

What You'll Do As an Area Director of Sales, you will serve as a strategist, coach, consultant, and ambassador, ensuring strong pipelines, consistent occupancy growth, and high‑performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute sales strategy across an assigned cluster of senior living communities.
Drive occupancy, prospect pipeline health, ready‑wait list growth, and topline revenue.
Coach, mentor, and develop community sales leaders and teams to exceed performance goals.
Provide on‑site sales leadership support, including fill‑in coverage when needed.
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and referral performance.
Partner with Executive Directors and Operations leaders to align sales and community performance.
Ensure consistent use of WSLM’s "Personal Touch" sales system and CRM best practices.
Support pre‑sales, community ramp‑ups, redevelopments, and acquisitions.
Build and maintain strong referral pipelines and community partnerships.
Prepare and present sales, occupancy, and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
What Success Looks Like
Communities maintain strong, well‑documented CRM pipelines.
Healthy referral source activity driving at least 20% of inquiries.
Strong tour‑to‑close ratios and ready‑wait list conversion.
Occupancy and revenue targets consistently met or exceeded.
Sales associates show measurable skill growth, confidence, and performance improvement.
Qualifications This role is ideal for a hands‑on sales leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment while leading with empathy and purpose.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of B2C sales experience (senior living, hospitality, real estate, or similar preferred).
3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
CRM proficiency and strong data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally/regionally.
