Project Manager Cybersecurity
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Project Manager Cybersecurity to lead complex technical projects focused on Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and expertise in managing initiatives that deliver long‑term business value.
Responsibilities
Drive project execution by collaborating with diverse teams and developing schedules to ensure timely delivery
Manage stakeholder relationships, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment across multiple teams and organizations
Understand system scope, project objectives, and team roles to effectively coordinate activities
Oversee interdependencies and integration of multiple projects, setting strategies for sustainable outcomes
Apply Agile frameworks to manage risks and resolve issues unique to technology projects
Demonstrate deep knowledge of IAM concepts, standards, and regulatory requirements
Triage access‑related inquiries to keep projects moving forward
Communicate project status clearly to program and executive‑level audiences
Utilize OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for goal setting and performance tracking
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience managing complex technical projects
Proven experience in technical design and implementation of IT solutions
Hands‑on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects
Preferred Qualifications
PMI or Scrum Alliance certification
Extensive experience in IAM environments
Experience delivering solutions in both waterfall and agile environments
Background in modernization projects and SAFe increment planning
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access governance
Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Jira
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Health solutions industry experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
