Opportunity Highlights
High-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and external auditors
Opportunity to lead reporting processes and influence best practices
Involvement in complex accounting areas and new standard implementation
Responsibilities
Lead quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other required disclosures
Prepare and review supporting schedules, disclosures, and reporting documentation
Monitor accounting and SEC reporting developments and assess business impact
Perform technical accounting research and draft position memos as needed
Partner with external auditors and internal teams throughout reporting cycles
Support internal management reporting and ad hoc analysis
Ensure strong internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement
Provide guidance and development support to team members
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
CPA required; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry
Strong SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP technical accounting background
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
